MIcaplex: Canard Delta Winged Aircraft
MIcaplex: Canard Delta Winged Aircraft
The purpose was to study aerodynamic force and moment coefficients on an object. The experiments were carried out in a subsonic wind tunnel and used an external force balance. The object used was a canard-delta wing model. The force on this model was recorded at a variety of speeds under a variety of yaw and pitch configurations. The data was recorded by the sensors and corrected via the wind tunnel software and was exported into CSV files. This allowed me to analyze the different forces and moments at the different configurations. The results of these experiments provided valuable insights into the understanding of aerodynamic characteristics of canard delta wings.
